Delhi-NCR continues to face the wrath of air pollution

In an attempt to curb the menace caused by pollution, the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) began sprinkling water on the Feroze Shah Road to settle down dust.

Water pipes were being used by the local authorities for sprinkling water in the targetted areas through NDMC trucks.

At 12.30 the overall Air Quality Index (AQI) was 476. The AQI at PUSA was 457, while at Terminal 3 of IGI it docked at 538. At DU the AQI was docked at 476 and at IIT it was docked at 475.

The AQI in Noida was docked at 528 while the AQI in Gurugram was docked at 568. The AQI is being provided by SAFAR.
